You may submit money orders to our P.O. box in Pennsylvania if you like. Please be sure that the amounts are made out in U.S. dollars. (That should be a bargain for most countries these days).

Should you have reason to return your merchandise, simply email the reason that you are requesting a refund to CustomerService@MisterCold.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

We are happy to give refunds (minus shipping) if you are not 100% satisfied with your Mister Cold products.
